Enabling the Dashboard allows your teachers to quickly view and log each infant’s bottle, diaper, and nap activities. See: How to Use the Activity Dashboard
Please Note: The activity dashboard was specifically designed to fit the needs of the infant teacher and currently may not be ideal for all rooms at a center.
Admins can enable and customize the activity dashboard on a room-by-room basis to only display activities of their choice; currently limited to bathroom, bottle, and nap activities.
- Navigate to My School > Rooms, then select a room.
- Click Setup Dashboard'.
- Choose which activities to display on the dashboard.
a. Bottle - this setting will remind teachers a bottle is due X minutes/hours after the last bottle.
b. Bathroom - enabling this option will remind teachers a bathroom break is due X minutes/hours after the last bathroom break.
c. Nap - enabling the nap reminder allows you to set two reminders: Starting a Nap and Ending a Nap.
i. Starting a Nap option reminds teachers to do a nap check every X minutes/hours or to do a nap check once X minutes/hours after the child goes to sleep.
ii. Ending a Nap will remind teachers the next nap is due X minutes/hours after the last nap.
4.Once all reminders have been set, click Apply.
