Student Age Forecasting Report

As children age, it’s important to keep tabs on when they’ll be aging out of their current rooms or graduating from your center. With the new Student Age Forecasting Report, you can see a monthly forecast of students who are getting close to aging out of their classes. This helps staff recognize when it’s time to evaluate a student’s progress and make sure they’ve reached all their necessary milestones, as well as help forecast new enrollment opportunities and openings for future revenue projections. Profile Field Mapping Enhancements

You can now create custom profile fields for registration and student profiles that can be linked together. When a lead becomes enrolled at your center, the data from the custom lead fields will be synced to the student profile. Learn more.

Minor Enhancements & Bug Fixes

• We have updated our KinderSystems integration for schools in the state of Arizona to comply with 1-year records retention requirements.
• Resolved an issue where the immunization date was not updated after saving.
• Fixed an issue where the tooltip on the Documents page was cut off on the bottom row.
• Resolved an issue where the QR code was not printing.
• Fixed an issue where the Reset Filter button did not clear all filters on the Parent Connection > Daily Activity page.
• Resolved an issue where the lesson plan header was off-center when a school logo was present.
• Fixed an issue where assigned students were not displaying on the Edit Expense popup.
• Resolved an issue where some lead templates were missing when clicking ‘Choose from Template’ on the send email popup.
• Fixed an issue where ACH Payments in process were showing as Declined.
• Fixed an issue where the list of selectable schools in KinderConnect was limited to 20-schools.
• Resolved an issue where some schools could not approve some lead registrations.
