Note: You must first log out of Procare Online before completing the following steps
Log out of Procare Online (click on your profile circle on the top right > log out)
Visit https://schools.procareconnect.com/restore-password or click 'Forgot Password' on the login screen

a. If the above link automatically logs you in, please clear your browser cache and try again
b. Enter the email that is associated with your account
You should receive an email with further instructions on how to reset your Procare Online password
Once your password has been reset, please log in with your new password on web and mobile
