New Features & Enhancements

Room Visibility User Permission

Our new “Room Visibility” user permissions provide more control, flexibility and privacy in your center by tailoring each staff member’s room viewing permissions.

Find the Room Visibility settings in Staff Profiles under Room Assignment and the Roles & Permissions section. Providing “Full Access” allows users to see all rooms within your center, or “No Access” only provides users access to their assigned rooms.

Staff with “No Access” will maintain important room management capabilities, including transferring students via the mobile app, viewing all students and their profiles in their assigned rooms, and access to parent messaging. Learn more

Drop-In Availability Report

The new Drop-In Availability report uses planned absences to forecast the available spots in each room and allows you to easily manage waitlists and ensure every seat in your center has a student. Capacity information is available for both AM and PM sessions, giving you the most detailed view into your days. Learn more

Tuition Express Report Permissions

​To help protect your financial data and ensure only authorized individuals have access to generate billing reports, we've added new user permissions and we're incorporating corporate reports at the center level to allow multi-site organizations to drill down into the financial health and performance for each of their centers.

Admins can now control which staff members have access to Tuition Express reports. These new permissions include:

• Reports - Tuition Express - Providing a user Full Access to this permission and the Reports permission will add the following center reports for the user.
  

• Reports - Corporate Tuition Express - Providing a user Full Access to this permission and the Reports permission will add the following corporate reports for the user.
  

Minor Enhancements & Bug Fixes

• On the School Settings > Edit Profile screen, the 'State' field is now a drop-down instead of an open text field.
• Updated 'Custom Fields' text to 'Profile Fields' on the Student & Family report and the Leads report.
• Resolved an issue where edits to an approved activity were not displayed for parents on Android devices.
• Fixed issue where non-logged-in users were unable to access the registration page.
• Resolved an issue where some centers were unable to see completed registrations.
• Fixed an issue where phone numbers from authorized pickups were not populating on re-registration forms.
• Resolved an issue where nap, absence, and "time since last Name to Face" indicators were not displaying as expected on a child's profile icon in the mobile app.
