What You Can Do

How It Works
When families submit a registration form, you’ll find the submissions in the Submitted Registrations area. From here you can:
- Review details and check for possible duplicates
- Approve registrations to update or create Lead profiles
- Decline registrations if needed and issue refunds when applicable
Access and Permissions
To use the Lead Registrant Management system, your staff must have the right permissions. Full Access to Leads is required and managed through Staff Management settings.

Profile Fields on Registration Forms
What are Profile Fields?
Profile fields are additional, customizable questions you can add to your registration forms. They help you collect information that’s specific to your program needs—such as preferred start dates, medical notes, or how the family heard about your center.
Why choose when to save a Profile Field?
This flexibility allows you to save essential information to the Lead profile for future reference, while other details can remain specific to that particular registration.
Where can I find past registrations?
All submitted registration forms are saved in the Documents section of the Lead profile for users with Leads access. Once a student is enrolled, the form moves to their Student Profile > Documents.
