Lead Registrant Management: This article provides an overview of the new Lead Registrant Management system, designed to simplify how you manage family registrations.
Procare Online allows you to create multiple registration forms that can be customized for different programs and shared with families.
You can open, close, or place forms in draft mode, and you can edit, copy, or delete registration forms. Registration forms can be set up to accept payments, allowing you to collect payments specific to the program or form.
What is Lead Registrant Management?
Registrant Management is a new addition to the Advanced Registration System, allowing you to manage incoming registration forms efficiently. Access to this is configured under Staff Management. Staff must have Full Access to Leads to access this feature.

- Submitted Registrations: A dedicated area to review potential duplicate registration submissions and take action
- Review & Approve: Approve registrations and easily update Lead profiles with submitted information
- Decline & Refund: Decline registrations and issue refunds if necessary
- New Lead Creation: Create new Lead profiles from registration submissions for new families

What are Custom Fields?
These are additional fields you can add to your registration forms to gather specific information from families, depending on your needs.
Why choose when to save a Custom Field?
This flexibility allows you to save essential information to the Lead profile for future reference, while other details can remain specific to that particular registration.
Where can I find past registrations?
All submitted registration forms are saved in the Lead profile's Documents section for users with Leads access. When a student is enrolled, the form moves to their student profile.
