New Features and Enhancements
School Settings now includes Communication, where you can enable AI Rewrite and AI Translate, allowing staff to rewrite draft messages and activity descriptions and allowing staff and parents/guardians to translate incoming messages.
School Settings now includes Staff Notifications, where you can enable or disable document upload emails and in-app notification indicators for all staff.
Up to five move plans with their own dates can now be added per student in RoomRunner.
Graduations can now be created for any student in any room.
Bulk student upload now supports all student, parent/guardian and custom profile fields, allows imports of up to 250 rows and provides more detailed error messages when an import fails.
Desktop changes to children, parents/guardians and staff no appear on the website in about a minute instead of up to 15 minutes or more.
Procare Online now saves every change made to a student’s domain and subdomain assessment data instead of overwriting previous entries.
Minor Enhancements and Resolved Issues
Payments and Billing
Users received the incorrect error message when an invalid/stolen card number was added as a payment method.
Payments and invoices with matching amounts were not automatically reconciliating in QuickBooks Online.
The Bank Deposit Slip report included deposits made in the subsidy account in certain cases.
Communications and Parent Engagement
In a specific case, a parent/guardian was unable to view their previous messages for their child in the Child care mobile app. The center admins were still able to view the full message history.
When creating newsletters via the HTML editor, the images were not loading correctly.
When a parent/guardian added a signature to an incident report, the signature appeared very large in certain cases.
Permissions and Account Management
Staff without rooms assigned to them were able to access the Classroom Chat for all rooms.
Users were receiving errors that their password reset link had expired in certain cases.
Users who were added to a new school were receiving an error that stated “MFA setup is required. Please complete MFA enrollment to continue”.
Staff members with no access to Assessments were able to view and modify milestone data.
Staff members with no access to Staff permissions were able to access the Staff Timecard.
Registration
The Enrollment menu was not displaying a red dot indicator when a new registration form was submitted.
Registration forms were not accessible in a student’s documents when that student was transitioned from a lead to an active student.
Registration forms fields were appearing out of order in certain cases.
APIs and Integrations
Users were receiving server errors when attempting to transmit attendance to KinderSystems.
When attempting to match attendance on the KinderConnect dashboard, users were receiving server errors.
When a student had an updated provider, their ID was displaying the number for the expired provider.
When a user filtered the KinderSystems student roster for “Unmatched Only”, the filter was not applying.
Student Data
When students had more than three parents/guardians, the print view of their profile appeared with excessive spacing.
