The RoomRunner waitlist view now displays all leads, regardless of age or room alignment, sorted youngest first by default and searchable by name or identifier.
Leads with scheduled transitions remain visible on the RoomRunner Waitlist until enrollment.
Users can now select "Remember this device for the next 30 days" during 2-Step Verification, reducing repeated verification prompts on trusted devices across web and mobile.
New staff accounts now require 2-Step Verification setup during account creation, prior to dashboard access.
Accounts now temporarily lock for 30 minutes after 5 consecutive failed login attempts; 2-Step Verification attempts count toward lockout thresholds.
Accounts require manual unlock from an authorized staff member after 3 temporary lockouts within 7 days.
The confirmation messaging for Create, Edit and Bulk RoomRunner move plan actions across all six move plan types now clearly states the outcome and timing before confirmation.
Minor Enhancements and Resolved Issues
Reporting
The Students and Family custom report was failing to generate parent/guardian PINs in certain cases.
The Detailed Staff Timecard report was failing to generate for certain dates.
Payments and Billing
Subsidies with longer names were being cut off when creating invoices.
Registration
Parents/guardians were receiving an error when attempting to submit a payment for a registration form in certain cases.
When a custom profile field was created with a trailing space, that field would not transfer to its associated lead or student field.
Permissions and Account Management
When a user with access to multiple schools toggled between them, their user permissions and dashboard metrics were not updating correctly.
Student Data
Shorter names with the same beginning letters as longer names were not appearing correctly in alphabetical order. For example, a student with the last name Johnson appeared before a student with the last name Johns.
Staff Data and Time Cards
Staff members with longer last names were overlapping onto the staff schedule.
Learning and Assessments
Users were receiving errors when lesson plans included a URL that was missing www prefix.

Users were experiencing the app crashing after they switched between parent/guardian and staff roles.
