New Features and Enhancements

• New staff accounts now require 2-Step Verification setup during account creation, prior to dashboard access.

• The confirmation messaging for Create, Edit and Bulk RoomRunner move plan actions across all six move plan types now clearly states the outcome and timing before confirmation.

• Password history check prevents reuse of the last 12 passwords.

• Common and easily guessable passwords are now blocked at creation and update.

• Final State transactions now receive an additional nightly status check to catch delayed processor responses from outages or connectivity issues.

• Refund attempts, including failed ones, now post to the ledger for complete tracking.

• Refunds now appear in the Payments section of QueenBee and support the same status adjustments as payments.

Minor Enhancements and Resolved Issues

Reporting

• Resolved an issue where pulling a Tuition Express report for the month would include the first day of the next month.

• Fixed an issue where the Attendance Tuition Plan Report was including expired plans tied to inactive students.

• Resolved an issue in custom reports where the preview window would not display all the rows in the report.

• Fixed an issue where the Monthly Attendance report was generating without column headers.

• Resolved an issue that caused the Attendance per Student report to not generate in certain cases.

• Fixed an issue that caused the Historic FTE - All Rooms report to calculate incorrectly for certain dates.

• Resolved an issue where the Corporate Billing Plan Tuition Report was not generating when attempting to run it for all centers.

• Fixed an issue that caused results to appear out of alphabetical order when exporting the attendance view.

• Resolved an issue that allowed users to open multiple overlapping pop-up screens in My School > Students > Quick Reports.

Payments and Billing

• Resolved an issue where recurring plan invoices were not generating or sending to families.

• Fixed an issue where centers using Stripe were unable to process payments on registration forms.

• Resolved an issue where invoices failed to generate for families with multiple children in some cases.

Center Management

• Resolved an issue where archived and already enrolled leads were being incorrectly included in enrollment forecasting.

• Fixed an issue that caused errors when attempting to remove rooms without assigned staff or students from a program.

Communications and Parent/Guardian Engagement

• Resolved an issue where instructions on how to opt out of SMS messaging was missing from messages.

• Fixed an issue where adding photos to a newsletter and filtering for a specific classroom included photos from other classrooms.

Daily Activities and Activity Feed

• Resolved an issue where students signed in to one classroom caused a duplicate sign-in record to appear for students in another classroom.

• Fixed an issue where a staff member resetting their password and then locking the parent kiosk prevented them from unlocking the kiosk with their new password.

• Resolved an issue where photos attached to a daily activity were unable to be downloaded from the website.

• Fixed an issue that caused student profile photos to intermittently disappear for users on the website and on Android devices.

• Resolved an issue where children with multiple child IDs had incorrect transmissions to KinderCare.

Learning and Assessments

• Resolved an issue where staff members could not save subdomain progress for a student unless they refreshed the assessments page.

• Fixed an issue where longer student names were not aligning properly with a student’s profile picture.

Mobile Release 6.6

• Resolved an issue that caused school names to not appear when attempting to switch schools.

• Fixed an issue where requesting to reset a password from the app and then resetting the password from the website prevented users from successfully logging in to the app with their new password.

iOS Version 6.6.0 Resolved Issues

• Resolved an issue where staff members were not seeing parent/guardian messages appear when split.

• Fixed an issue that caused images associated with Daily Activities to not appear in certain cases.

• Resolved an issue where an unread indicator displayed for parents/guardians, even when all messages had been read.

• Fixed an issue that prevented parents/guardians from switching schools.

• Resolved an issue that caused the app to crash when dual role users accessed the app as a parent/guardian to edit a child’s profile.

• Fixed an issue where a success message on the Activity tab displayed over the page content, making the content inaccessible.

• Resolved an issue where parents/guardians with multiple children would select a push notification and be directed to the wrong child’s daily activity feed in certain cases.

• Fixed an issue where the on-screen keyboard would unexpectedly disappear when tapping inside the text box while composing a message in a conversation.
