Message your Child's Teacher

Easily view and send messages to your child's teacher(s) or administrators from your phone!

1. In your Procare app, click the message icon in the top right corner.
   

2. Select a chat to view messages. A pink dot indicates a new message has been received.
   

   1. Office Chat allows you to have a private conversation with administrators to discuss more sensitive topics, such as billing, registration and more.

   2. Classroom Chat allows you to discuss classroom topics with all assigned teachers.

Create a New Message

1. Click the purple pencil icon at the bottom to compose a new message, then select the child, if applicable.
    

2. Select the Message Channel - Office Chat or Classroom Chat (see descriptions above).

3. Type your message, then click Send.
   

​Split Family Settings

When you first click to view a message, a pop-up will explain how message conversations are shared between all parents/guardians on the account and the staff at your child's school.

If you do not wish to share the conversation with other parents/guardians on your child's profile, you will need to adjust your settings.

You can adjust the setting again in the future by clicking on the settings icon in the upper right of your message screen.
