Our Commitment to Feedback
When you provide feedback, you help us understand where the software can improve and how it impacts your experience. We combine your input with real usage data to guide product decisions, which ensures we are delivering the features that provide the most value to our users.
How to Submit Feedback
There are two ways to share your feedback:
- The Ideas Portal - Located in the upper right of the software, click on your account and select ‘Give Feedback’. The ideas portal will open in a new module, where users can vote on and submit feedback. Learn more
- Polls within the software - At times, you may see short polls or surveys within the software. These help us collect specific feedback about features we’re refining or exploring.
What Happens to Feedback
Every piece of feedback goes to a central location reviewed by our Product team with the help of AI technology. Here’s how the process works:
- Sorting & Reviewing New Feedback
- Automation rules route feedback to the correct product area.
- Each week, our Product Operations team personally reviews all new submissions.
- Finding Themes
- Using AI, we identify trends and common topics across all feedback.
- Creating Ideas
- When multiple users request similar features, we group those items under a single Idea.
- Each connected feedback item counts as a vote toward that Idea.
- Users who voted or commented on the Idea are notified as it moves through the product process.
- Adding Ideas to the Ideas Portal
- The Product team decides which items make it to the Idea Portal for others to vote on. Typically, this happens when:
- We've put the item on the roadmap, but need to make sure we've got the timing of the release right.
- We have a grasp on what the "problem" is, but need more input on which solution is right for development.
- The Product team decides which items make it to the Idea Portal for others to vote on. Typically, this happens when:
- User Input
- Once an Idea is added to the Idea Portal, all users can review, vote and comment on it.
- Users can see how many votes each Idea has, and the number of votes helps us gauge overall demand.
Why We Prioritize Ideas
Organizing feedback into larger Ideas allows us to:
- Understand demand - Each piece of feedback counts as a vote, ensuring every voice is heard.
- Prioritize Impact - Grouping similar requests allows us to design features that benefit the most users.
- Show our Work - You can see which Ideas inspired new releases and how many users supported them.
- Take Action - We can move Ideas forward or reach out to requesters for deeper research.
Research and Staying Informed
If your feedback aligns with something we’re actively exploring, a member of our Product team may reach out for further research. This could include:
- A short survey or in-app poll
- An email follow-up
- A quick Zoom conversation
Participation is always optional.
To stay informed about what’s being considered or developed, visit our Ideas Portal. If you have a suggestion for improvement, share it there — and you’ll receive updates as it progresses through our process.
