The Ideas Portal allows users to share feedback, suggest product improvements and vote on ideas we’re considering based on key themes our Product Team has identified.

How to Get There

  1. Once you're logged into Procare Online, click your profile icon.

  2. Select Give Feedback.

  3. The Ideas Portal will open within your Procare Online screen.

How to Navigate the Ideas Portal

There are a few things to understand before submitting feedback or voting on other ideas.

  • Once ideas are reviewed by Procare, they are assigned one of 3 statuses:

    • Under Consideration - ideas being considered, but may not make it onto the roadmap.
    • In Development - ideas we're planning on working on and will most likely make it onto the roadmap.
    • Released - ideas we have worked on and have been released into the application.
  • Each idea is grouped into one of 5 categories. See the examples below to learn where each feature fits.

    • Center management - Leads, Enrollment, Reporting, etc.
    • Billing & Accounting - Billing Plans, Tuition Collection, Multifamily Billing, etc.
    • Engagement - Messaging, Registration, Documents and more!
    • Classroom Management - Learning & Lesson Planning, Daily Activities, etc.
    • Other - Any other feedback that does not fit into the categories above.

How to Provide Feedback

  1. On the Ideas Portal, click the Give Feedback button at the top.

  2. Complete the Give Feedback popup:

    1. Enter a description - what problems are you trying to solve?
    2. Select the importance of your idea: Must Have or Nice to Have.
  3. Click to Submit.

We review all feedback submitted and appreciate your partnership in helping us improve our products.

How to Vote for Ideas

  1. Once the Ideas Portal is open, select a category to view the submitted ideas.

  2. Each idea is is located under the correct status section.

  3. Click on an idea to read more or vote.

  4. Choose from Must Have, Nice to Have or Not Interested.
