Receive Payments for Enrollment Fees

Navigation Changes

The Leads and Registration sections are now under Enrollment.

The Parent Registration Form allows you to accept online payments for fees (see Step 2 when setting up the form). You can also receive payments in Leads without having the fee option turned on for the form itself.

  1. Go to Enrollment > Leads.

  2. For families who have paid, the amount paid displays in the Amount column.

How to Receive Payments

  1. Locate the family you want to receive a payment from.

  2. Click More Actions more icon for the associated lead.

  3. Select Receive Payment.

  4. Enter the payment information in the Receive Payment window. If your school is configured to receive online payments, Procare Online will display Credit Card as a payment type. The other payment types are Cash, Check and Other.

Note

  • Partial payments for registration fees are not accepted and will be declined by the system.

  • When you accept a credit card payment, the card information will not be saved within the system. Once a lead becomes an active student, the parent(s)/guardian(s) can sign up for a Procare parent account and set up their own payment method.
