Update Subscription Payment Information

Update Your Procare Payment Information

If you do not see the Subscription option to update your payment method, call our subscription support team at (719) 394-3531 and we will send you a secure link to enter your credit card information. You can also reach us by email at billingsupport@procaresoftware.com.

1. Click   in the top right corner of the window.

2. Select Subscription. 

3. Locate Payment Type.

4. Click to edit. 
   

5. Click Add Credit Card or Add Bank Account.
    

6. Complete the Set Up Card fields.

7. Click Add Card.
