MINOR CHANGES & RESOLVED ISSUES

  • Created a corporate version of the Account Activity Report - Primary Accounts that includes a Corporate Summary page and account activity data for individual locations.
  • Updates to the Batch Recurring Payments Request form:
    • Added an email notification option to the individual form at the account level. When this option is selected, centers receive email notifications when families complete the forms.
    • Modified the order of the items on the form.
  • Admins can now grant access to selected staff members to the Child Billing Box but restrict them from modifying the Standard Amount that loads for each charge description.
  • Updated the image on the Recurring Billing form error page.
  • Fixed an issue where some users received an error message when clicking Child All Enrollment Status from the Data Viewer.
  • Resolved an issue where the fingerprint reader was not found on Check-In after a computer update.
