Advanced configuration file with static IP

Edit your Procare Configuration file to point to the Static IP for your Licensing server.

• Run Procare and if it states it cannot detect your licensing server, enter the IP of the Procare Licensing server, or
• Manually configure

a. Open ‘C:\Program Files\Procare\Client\procare.exe.config’ in Notepad.

b. In the section, insert the following line with your server’s IP address.<add key=”PCLSAddress” value=”IP ADDRESS” />(Replace IP ADDRESS with your servers IP, Example 10.1.1.1)

c. Copy this file into the ‘C:\Program Files\Procare\Client\’ folder of all remaining client computers to point them to the correct server.
