Batch Submission Email Notifications provide timely, email‑based visibility into scheduled payment batches. These notifications help users track batch activity, confirm submissions, and review the transactions included in each batch.

Batch Email Notifications bring back the familiar visibility and confirmation features that customers used prior to the batch processing updates introduced in August 2025.

How Batch Submission Emails Work

When are emails sent?

Emails are sent after a batch has been successfully created and scheduled for processing. Most users can expect to receive their notification within minutes of submission.

Do users receive separate emails for each batch?

Yes. Each batch is processed as its own event, so users will receive one email per batch. For example, if five batches are submitted during the day, five individual notifications will be delivered.

Email Details

All Batch Submission Emails are sent from: TuitionExpress@procaresoftware.com with the subject line “Tuition Express – Payment Submission Notice”

Each notification contains:

  • Confirmation that the batch was submitted

  • A full list of all transactions included in the batch

  • Batch information such as submission time and batch ID

Future Enhancements

Additional enhancements to batch‑related notifications are planned for early 2026.
