Phone Number Types

You may wish to set up the types of phone numbers (home, work, cell, etc.) that will be available when you enter phone information for each person.

Getting There

1. From the Procare Home screen click Configuration > System.
2. Go to Data Management > Miscellaneous > dbl-click Phone Number Types.

Phone Number Types

1. Click on the top (blank) line and enter a Description like “Home”, “Office”, “Cell”, “Pager”, etc. Then enter a Comment (optional) if this item requires further explanation.
2. Click Save. Continue entering new items using the Up & Down arrows to change their order. When finished click Exit.
