How large is my Procare database?

Note: If you are using the Procare Cloud service, this information does not apply.

1. From the Procare Home screen, select Utilities > Database Backup/Restore
2. At the Database Backup/Restore screen select the DB Info Tab. The Current Size equals the combined size of the entire database (data and log files)

Is Procare a 32 or 64 bit application?

The Procare Client is a 32-bit application designed to run on either 32 or 64-bit versions of Windows. Procare uses 32-bit architecture for the following reasons:

1. To maintain compatibility with certain vendors and reporting tools, such as Crystal Reports.
2. At the present time, there is no particular advantage to 64-bit that would enhance Procare nor help our users.
