Minor Enhancements & Bug Fixes

  • Minor updates were made to the Manage Progress screen for smoother use.
  • Autopay will send a failure email after the final failed attempt (3rd try), reducing noise for families while still notifying them when action is needed.
  • Introduced monthly limits on school‑level email sends (similar to SMS limits) to help prevent over‑messaging families.
  • Tightened how roles and permissions are enforced across Meals, Newsletters, student details, addresses and room visibility, and added validation to keep role data consistent.
  • Resolved the following issues:
    • The Attendance Per Student report was not displaying in the correct date order.
    • Aligned the corporate billing analytics with detailed reports so totals and dates match more closely.
    • Some portfolios appeared blank despite existing observations.
    • The legacy lead documents were displaying Access Denied, and some completed registration forms were not appearing in the lead’s Documents tab.
    • Partial refunds could be recorded at an incorrect amount on the ledger.
    • Occasionally, while enrolling a second student into a program room, it would unintentionally remove the first student from that room.
    • Unable to add the same cloud photo twice for the same student.
    • The Meal Tracking report was not displaying totals on the Detailed tab for individual days.
    • Student portfolios were displaying the same photo twice in each observation.
    • Users were unable to upload a picture, video, or file to paragraph fields on registration, newsletters and lead emails.
    • The photo gallery slideshow would start over instead of resuming where the user paused it.
    • Staff members were not receiving emails for upcoming or missed immunizations.
    • Editing clock-ins/clock-outs for staff with No Room Visibility and only one room assignment would update all other staff members' clock-ins/clock-outs to say "No Room".
    • Staff profile photos were not syncing from Desktop to Engagement.
    • Parent payments with a debit card were switching to a credit card.
    • Miscellaneous sorting issue with the Balance columns on Billing tables.
    • Payments were marked as "Failed" after a successful refund.
    • The Bottle Feeding Report was not displaying previous bottle feeding types.
    • Staff without access to reports were able to access the Reports page with a direct link.

iOS Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where the keypad was blocking the Staff Present drop-down when creating an Incident Activity.
  • Fixed an issue where the unread message indicator (pink dot) did not appear when opening a push notification while the mobile app was already open.
  • Resolved an issue where the Back button did not appear on the camera screen when taking a photo to add to a Learning Activity.
  • Fixed an issue where the crop/move and scale options were missing when attaching photos to Learning Activities.
