Edit Student Enrollment Status

Definitions for the available student enrollment statuses:

Status

Description

Notes

Active

All new students are set to Active upon being added. Active students appear throughout the website and mobile app.

On Hold

If a student is leaving temporarily with the intention of returning after one or more billing cycles, putting the student On Hold is the best solution.

  • Messages cannot be sent to students who are On Hold

  • Reoccurring billing plans will be paused for On Hold students

  • Parents can still:

    • log into the app while the student is On Hold

    • view their child's information

  • PINs will remain attached to the student's parents and authorized pickups, but will no longer be usable during Sign-In/Out

Inactive

Inactive removes the student from your active roster. This status can be used for students who have moved away or otherwise left prior to graduation.

  • Messages cannot be sent to students who are Inactive

  • Recurring billing plans will be paused for Inactive students

  • PINs will remain attached to the student's parents and authorized pickups, but will no longer be usable during Sign-In/Out

  • Parents can still:

    • log into the app while the student is Inactive

    • view their child's information

Graduate

Graduate is the status assigned to students who have graduated academically from their school. The Graduate status removes the student from your active roster.

  • Messages cannot be sent to students assigned the Graduate status

  • Recurring billing plans will be paused for students assigned the Graduate status

  • PINs will remain attached to the student's parents and authorized pickups, but will no longer be usable during Sign-In/Out

  • Parents can still:

    • log into the app while the student status is Graduate

    • view their child's information

Update the Status for a Single Student

  1. Go to My School > Students.

  2. Select a student.

  3. Click the name to open the student profile.

  4. At the end of the Status field, click Edit edit icon.

  5. Use the drop-down to select the correct status.

  6. Click  submit icon to confirm the change.

Update the Status for Multiple Students

  1. Go to My School > Students.

  2. Select each student who needs a status update.

  3. Click the Select Batch dropdown.

  4. Select Change Enrollment.

  5. Use the Select Status drop-down to choose the correct status.

  6. Click Update.

Reactivate a Student

  1. Go to My School > Students.

  2. Click the Filter filter icon.

  3. Select Inactive, On Hold or Graduate.

  4. Click Apply.

A list of all Inactive students will display.

Follow the steps above for changing the enrollment status for a single student or multiple students.

Schedule On Hold to Active

  1. Go to My School > Students.

  2. In the search window, click Filter filter icon.

  3. Select the Room and Tags as needed. Select On Hold.

  1. Click the Student’s name.

  2. Select Schedule Activation

  1. Choose the activation date.

  2. Select the Room.

  3. Select Schedule Activation.

The scheduled activation will now appear next to the Upcoming Transitions field, labeled as On Hold Activation.
