Minor Enhancements & Bug Fixes
- Parent Connection & Daily Activity
- Fixed an issue where the Activity Feed daily filter would only show the first set of entries for past days before switching back to “Today,” ensuring you can now scroll and review the full day’s activity history for any selected date.
- Resolved an issue where the Daily Activity Summary export would fail with a “Report is not yet ready” message for certain children/days, particularly when Learning activities were present.
- Corrected sorting behavior on the Incident Management “Approval” and “Parent Signature” columns; sorting now consistently orders incidents by status as expected.
- Updated the Photos/Videos editor in Daily Activity so staff will no longer be taken back to the “Choose Activity Type” modal from the photo edit view; this prevents confusion and keeps the focus on editing existing media.
- Messaging & Communications
- Fixed an intermittent issue where Emergency SMS messages sent from classroom chat with “Send as Emergency SMS Message” checked might not be delivered to families, particularly during high‑volume weather events.
- Updated reply‑to behavior for lead and parent email communications so when a school or corporate user sends automated or marketing emails, replies no longer incorrectly go to a corporate contact by default. Where appropriate, replies now go to a no‑reply address by default, and schools can still configure their own email so responses are directed to the right inbox.
- Reporting & Billing
- Resolved an issue that prevented the Categorized Transaction Summary report from running successfully for certain date ranges.
- Corrected an issue that caused the Payouts report for certain dates (for example, 9/30/2025) to fail or remain stuck in a loading state.
- Registration & Leads
- Resolved an issue where fillable PDFs uploaded to an online registration form, but did not download correctly from the registration page and instead showed a technical XML error.
- Fixed an issue in Registration where documents uploaded via a “File Upload” profile field could not be opened from the generated registration document and would show “Access Denied.” Staff can now open and view those uploaded PDFs directly from the child’s document list.
- Corrected an integration issue where leads created via the external API were losing the associated person/contact details in the response.
- Learning & Assessments
- Fixed a back‑end issue where teachers attempting to add or update milestone progress on certain Learning observations would see an error that the progress record “has already been taken.”
- Attendance & Integrations (Kinder Systems)
- Corrected a KinderSystems issue where submitting attendance for a single day resulted in an error even though the UI briefly showed a success message. Single‑day attendance submissions now transmit successfully to KinderConnect when data for that date exists.
- Fixed a problem in the KinderSystems Attendance Log where transmissions that were rejected by KinderConnect would still display as “Successful” in the dashboard. The log now accurately reflects failure states and shows errors when attendance is rejected, so schools can trust the status shown and troubleshoot as needed.
- Access & Login
- Improved the reliability of notification emails, such as 2-Step Verification reset confirmations. This ensures that security and notification emails are delivered consistently.
- Enhanced mobile role‑switch behavior by adding an internal mechanism for session cache invalidation when a user switches roles. After switching roles, users now see their new permissions reflected immediately, rather than waiting for cache expiration.
