The reporting experience has been enhanced by Created By Me, which allows users to create and manage their own custom reports. Reports are visible only to you, keeping data organized and student information secure, with existing reports available as a starting point to make it faster and easier to build custom insights. Parent Email Confirmation for Added Security
To better protect student and family information, parent email addresses must now be confirmed before communication begins. Any new or updated email address will trigger a confirmation step, and parent profiles now clearly show verification and account sign‑up status at a glance. Learn more.
Faster, More Secure Password Resets with MFA
We are making password resets faster and more secure for Multi-Factor Authentication-enabled users. When requesting a password reset, simply select your preferred verification method, receive a one-time passcode and reset your password through the web or mobile app. Learn more.

Billing
Fixed an issue where the Billing Tuition Plan Report displayed duplicate entries.
Fixed an issue where the Family Balance Report was not showing inactive families.
Reports
Fixed an issue where Daily Attendance, Daily Absent, and Monthly Hours generated reports only showed results for one room when multiple rooms were selected.
Fixed an issue where Family Balance and Billing Plan Tuition generated reports only showed families from one room when multiple rooms were selected.
Fixed an issue where Meal Tracking Reports were not populating student data.
Daily Activity and Activity Feed
Fixed an issue where Sign In/Out events were not appearing in the Activity Feed.
Fixed an issue where newly created activities were not appearing in the Activity Feed tab.
Students
Fixed an issue where student names were not displaying correctly in all areas of the application.
Fixed an issue where reassigning a staff member or student to a room in a program with two or more rooms did not update the assignment correctly.
