Parent Wallet: Multiple Payment Methods for Added Flexibility

Parent/Guardian Email Confirmation for Added Security Now for Web and Mobile
To better protect student and family information, parent/guardian email addresses must now be confirmed before communication begins. Any new or updated email address will trigger a confirmation step, and parent/guardian profiles now clearly show verification and account sign‑up status at a glance. Learn more.

Fixed an issue where emergency SMS and email messages were intermittently not being delivered to staff or families.
Resolved an issue where a persistent unread message indicator displayed on the Classroom Chat icon even though there were no new messages.
Fixed an issue where the Messenger (MSGR) report was stuck indefinitely in a “Generating” status for Corporate Business Services users.
Resolved an issue where inserting an eDoc sent via email produced a blank screen.
Fixed an issue where corporate-level permission assignments did not include the newsletter templates permission after a roles and permissions update, causing staff at corporate schools to be unable to use or create newsletter templates.
Resolved an issue where the Billing Plan Tuition Report stopped including active students who did not have an assigned tuition plan.

iOS Resolved Issues
Resolved an issue where editing an observation with both a photo and milestone attached caused the milestone to be deleted when the photo was reuploaded.
Fixed an issue where the preview thumbnail for a Learning Activity displayed as cropped instead of the full image on the Activities screen.
Android Resolved Issues
Resolved an issue where the private message icon in the Conversations section did not immediately update after a parent/guardian enabled or disabled the family group chat setting.
