How to Sign Up for a Procare Account

Prev Next

Create a parent/guardian account to view your child's information, pay online and send messages to staff.

If your child's school has started using Procare to communicate and track student activity, you will receive

  • an email address verification that requires your confirmation

  • an email invitation from your school containing steps to create an account

Procare values data security, and access to the software is an important first step. A multistep email verification process is used to enhance security and reduce email duplicates. Clear opt-out messages are also included.

Newly Invited Parents

To set up a Procare account, you must confirm your email address and complete the following steps on the Procare Online website.

  1. An initial email is sent asking to verify your email address.

Email Reminders to Set Up Your Account

Procare Online automatically sends reminders notifying users about their pending invitations. The first reminder is sent after 3 days, and the second after 6 days.

  2. Click the link to confirm your email address.

  3. Click Create Account.

  4. You will receive an email from connect-hello@online.procaresoftware.com with instructions to create your account.

Check your spam, junk, promotions or updates folders if you do not see it in your inbox.

    Already Have a Procare Account?

If you already have a Procare account, go to the login screen and log in with your email and password or reset your password if needed. Do not create an additional account.

Troubleshooting Guide

Trouble logging in? Here are a few things to check:

Check Your Email Address

Ensure the email address you enter on the sign-up screen matches the email address your invite code was sent to. If the email address is different, the account creation will fail.

Create an Account With the Correct Credentials

Logging in to Procare with the invitation code as your password will not work. You will receive an error that your email is invalid. You must first create an account.

Create an Account on the Website

Ensure you have created an account through the website before signing in on the Child care mobile app.
