Getting Started is Easy!

1. How to Sign Up for a Procare Account.
   1. You’ll receive an email from Procare at connect-hello@online.procaresoftware.com.
   2. Follow the link provided to set up your login
   3. If you already have a Procare account, you can log in with your existing credentials.
2. Add, Change, or Remove your Online Payment Method to simplify billing.
3. Download the Procare Child Care Mobile App
   1. Apple App Store (iOS)
   2. Google Play Store (Android)
4. Getting to Know Your Procare App - Use your email and password to sign in. Start viewing updates, messaging staff, and managing payments from anywhere.
