Multi-Family Households
For households that share childcare expenses, you can generate multi‑family statements that reflect each party’s contribution. Families can also still generate their own statements within their Procare parent account.
From within the Accounting >Family Account screen, select either Statement or Tax Statement. 
Choose who you want to generate a statement for: All Families, Family #1, or Family #2. Selecting Email Parents will email the parents their own statement.

Encourage families to keep records current by updating:
Child’s medication details
Home address
Allergy details
Updates can be made via the Procare mobile app or web application.
Note: If fields are not editable, the feature may not be enabled for your school/center and parents will need to contact the school directly to make updates.
