Parent Messaging

Staff and authorized guardians/family members can now message each other directly through the SchoolCare Works Provider Portal and Connect (Parent) Portal. Learn more

2-Step Verification

2-Step Verification adds a layer of security to your account by requiring at least 2 methods of authentication. Both Provider and Connect Portal users have the option to set up Verified Methods when enabling 2-Step Verification. These methods can be an authenticator app, a mobile phone number or an email address. Learn more

Procare Professional Development

Simplify transcript management by bringing all of your sites together under one account. View, manage and download transcripts for any staff member across all facilities without switching between different accounts, saving time and improving visibility into training progress.

Minor Enhancements and Miscellaneous Fixes

On the Connect > Communication screen, users now have the option to add email addresses as CC and BCC when sending emails to parents. Multiple email addresses can go in each line, using commas to separate each. Learn more.
