Upon launching Procare Desktop, you may encounter the following API configuration error:
Resolution
- Click the Windows icon, then open your computer settings.
- Select Time & Language.
- Click the Sync Now button. Then locate the Time Zone field and confirm the correct time zone is selected (if time zone is incorrect, select the correct one).
- Close the settings windows and attempt to launch Procare Desktop.
