Navigation Changes
The Leads and Registration sections are now under Enrollment.
When a new family shows interest in your school or center, you can create a lead profile to help manage their information, track their progress throughout the system and communicate via email or text messages.
View a Lead Profile
Go to Enrollment > Leads.

Select a lead.
The left side of the window displays the lead and parent/guardian information in the Lead Details section.
The right side of the window displays the All Activities tab by default. The All Activities tab displays activities connected to the selected lead, such as status changes, outgoing messages, payments received and when the lead was archived or unarchived. Each activity includes the date, time and the staff member who was logged in when that change was made.

Print Lead Details
Click Print
to print the lead’s profile information.
Add a Lead
If you have a parent/guardian who has not filled out the registration form but want to include their information in your pipeline, you can manually add their information.
Go to Enrollment > Leads or click Quick Actions
at the top of the window to add a new lead.
Click New Lead (or Add Lead if using Quick Actions
).

Complete the New Lead form. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.

Click Save.
Possibility of Duplication
If a parent/guardian filled out the enrollment form after you have manually added them, it will create a duplicate line for the family in Leads. If this happens, you can archive one of the leads.
Edit Lead Details
Click More Actions
on the row associated with the lead.
Select Edit Lead.

Edit the information as needed.
Click Save.
Note
You can also edit a lead by clicking Edit
in the Lead Details section of the profile.
Archive a Lead
Archive records when you want to clean up your enrollment pipeline or clear duplicate records.
Click More Actions
on the row associated with the lead.
Select Archive.

Click Yes to confirm that you want to archive the lead.
View Archived Leads
Click More Actions
at the top of the window.
Select View Archived.

Unarchive a Lead
If you want to view an archived lead's profile, you must first unarchive the lead.
Click Unarchive.

Click Yes to confirm that you want to unarchive the lead.
Bulk Archive Leads
To archive multiple leads at one time, use the Bulk Archive option.
Click More Actions
at the top of the window.
Select Bulk Archive.

Select the leads you want to archive.

Click Archive.
