Assigning Plan Templates

Once recurring plans have been created and saved as templates, use the Plan Templates screen to assign recurring plans to students. Plan templates can also be created on this screen by clicking Create Plan Template in the top right corner.

  1. On the Billing > Recurring Plans screen, select the Plan Templates tab.

  2. Use the drop-down to filter between Tuition Templates and Attendance Templates.

  3. Locate the plan name in the first column and click Assign. Click the More Actions icon to edit or delete the plan.

  4. Select the students you wish to assign the plan to, then click Continue. Please Note: Use the Rooms, Tags, Show Multifamily and No Assigned Plans options to filter the student list.

  5. On the Assign Tution Plan popup, create a new plan or select the template name in the Create New or Pick Template field.

  6. Make any necessary updates and click Continue.

  7. Review the information and click Create Plan. Please Note: The 'Send invoice to parent automatically on each billing cylce' option is pre-selected. Uncheck this to manually send invoices to parents each billing cycle.
