Receive Payments: Cash or Check (or Other)

Manually record payments and print receipts for parents

If you or your parents have decided not to use online payments you will need to record those payments manually. We highly recommend our convenient online billing; however, you can log payments made by check, cash or other to keep your accounts up to date.

Navigate to Billing > Accounting and locate the child's name. Click the ellipsis, then select Receive Payment.

Enter the payment details and click Submit.

Printing a Receipt

To print a payment receipt, locate the payment and click the ellipsis. Select View Receipt.

On the View Payment Receipt popup, click Print.
