FAQ
Can parents/guardians use both AI features?
Parents/guardians can use AI Translate to read incoming messages in their preferred language. AI Rewrite is available to staff only.
Do either of these features change the original message?
No. AI Rewrite changes your draft before you send it; the sent message reflects what you choose to send. AI Translate only changes what you see on your screen; the original message text is always preserved for everyone else in the conversation.
Can I use AI Rewrite and AI Translate together?
Yes, in different directions. A staff member might use AI Rewrite to polish an outgoing message, and separately use AI Translate to read a reply from a parent/guardian in another language. The two features work independently and do not interact with each other.
