Edit Your Parent/Guardian Profile

You can update specific profile information on the website in two places:

• Your Profile page

• Family List

Note

These two areas do not contain the same set of fields. Some fields are available only on the Profile page, and others are available only in Family List.

Your Profile Page

1. Click the profile icon ( or your photo).

2. Select your name.

3. You can edit the following fields:

   Field	Description
   Profile Photo	Click or your existing photo to add or update your photo. Use a photo that clearly shows your face. Your school may use your profile photo for verification during pickup or drop-off.
   Name	Enter your first and last name. Important When you change your name on your Profile page, it does not automatically update it in Family List. To make sure your name matches in both areas, update your name in Family List.
   Phone Number	Enter a valid 10-digit cell phone number. Procare uses your phone number to send A notification when text message is used for 2-Step Verification Alerts for emergencies Note When you change your phone number on your Profile page, it automatically updates in Family List.

4. Click Save Changes.

Family List

1. Go to Family List.

2. Select a child.

3. Locate and hover over the field you want to edit.

4. Click Edit .

5. You can edit the following fields:

   Field	Description
   Name	Enter your first and last name. Note When you change your name in Family List, it automatically updates on your Profile page.
   Email	Enter a valid email address. Procare uses your email address to send A notification when email is used for 2-Step Verification Notifications related to billing Sign-in and sign-out notifications Reminders for document requests Newsletters and other communications from teachers Invites for events Daily Summary Reports Note If you change your email address, you will receive a verification and must confirm the new email address.
   Phone	Enter a valid 10-digit cell phone number. Procare uses your phone number to send A notification when text message is used for 2-Step Verification Alerts for emergencies Note When you change your phone number in Family List, it automatically updates on your Profile page.
   Relation	Select your relationship to the child.
   Emergency	Toggle on to make yourself an emergency contact for the child. The website displays an Emergency Contact icon on your card.

6. Click Submit to save the change.
