Partial Refunds
Users can now issue partial refunds for Tuition Express transactions. Learn more
- Standard refund timelines continue to apply.
- Leads transactions are included and allow for partial refunds.
- Multiple refunds can be processed for a single payment, but cannot exceed original payment amount.
- If the full payment amout was previously refunded, a message will display.

Batch Student Sign-In
When signing multiple students in, you now have the option to "Sign in to primary rooms". This allows users to sign multiple children into multiple rooms at once. When choosing this option, each selected student will be signed into their primary room, which pulls from the Primary Room field on their profile. Learn more

Minor Enhancements & Bug Fixes

A new Attendance Billing Plans report was created to export plan details for students with attendance based tuition plans.

The “Room” field on the student profile and "Assigned To" on the student sign-in/out flow has been updated to “Primary Room.”

Enhancements have been made to the Give Feedback option. The enhanced feedback portal provides improved visibility into submitted ideas and their progress. Learn more

Resolved an issue where certain Newsletter emails were not being delivered.

Fixed an issue when a student is signed in by a parent or an additional pickup using their phone’s camera (instead of the app) to scan the QR code, the student was being signed directly into their assigned rooms rather than the Building Sign-in room.

Resolved an issue where emails sent to Leads were not reflecting correctly in Leads > Communication.

Fixed an issue where data was still syncing between Procare Desktop and Procare Online for deactivated schools.

Resolved an issue where previously approved parent messages where showing an unapproved for admin users.
